The Albtherme is an important health centre for prevention and rehabilitation in the Karlsruhe/Pforzheim region.

The soothing Waldbronn thermal water contains many natural minerals that have a relaxing effect on the muscles and stimulate the circulation. The Waldbronn thermal spring therefore forms the basis of our therapy and exercise programme at the Albtherme. We offer functional training on medical prescription (Rheuma Liga) as well as free water gymnastics for our Albtherme visitors.

Of course, the various facilities in the sauna area are also important health-promoting elements. For rheumatism patients, the topics of "gentle heat" or "cold-heat stimuli" are particularly important with regard to alternative pain therapy.
